Youth Fitness

 

A fitness program for kids ranging from 5 up to youth age 10.  

The younger ones will be learning basic agility and body awareness, while the older ones will begin more intensive general fitness and more sport specific adaptative training.

This is a lively, energetic class full of fun and hard work.  So many of today's kids are sedentary, spending much of their time watching television and playing video games.  We are going back to the basics teaching the proper body mechanics of running, jumping, climbing, agility drills, physical fitness, etc.

This is a great program for both traditional and homeschooled youth.

 

Pricing:

$60/month for Crossfit Harrisburg members for 2 classes per week. 

$80/month for non-Crossfit Harrisburg members for 2 classes per week.

No contracts required. $15 fee for Trial/drop-in class.

 

Private instruction available by appointment.
