PLEASE BE AWARE THAT CALDWELL ROAD IS CLOSED AT THE RAILROAD TRACKS!!!  YOU HAVE TO TAKE ROBINSON CHURCH OR BACK CREEK CHURCH, 

or Millbrook Rd, next to Autobell on Hwy 49 now connects to Caldwell Park Dr, and Caldwell Park Dr brings you out on Caldwell Rd on the opposite side of the RR tracks where the bridge is being built. Not sure how long the crossing at Millbrook is going to be open. If you live off Tom Query, Caldwell Rd this should help avoid Robinson Ch Rd.

Below is the class schedule for the holidays for the Sports Performance class:

12/24 - 10am - No evening classes
12/25 - No classes
12/26 - 10am - No evening classes
12/31 - 10am - No evening classes

1/1 - 1pm - No evening classes

The changes above are for those days only. All other days/times as scheduled.

 


 

 

All new Sports Performance members are required to go through 2 beginner/foundations classes before beginning group classes. The classes are $45 each, and give an introduction to many of the different movements we do here.  Age groups are 10-up.

Our Sports Performance training combines the Olympic lifts along with speed and agility training, focused strength training, and "not your average" conditioning programs.  See incredible increases in speed and power from developing and training the Olympic lifts at a high skill level. Develop more lateral agility and increased vertical leaping ability through drills with ladders, hurdles, plyo box jumps, speed chute and sled training, etc. Develop more overall strength through training and proficiency in the powerlifts. Improve your cardiovascular endurance with intensive interval training, sprints, speed drills, tire flipping, sled pushing, etc.

Excellent for middle/high school students, to college/professional athletes looking to elevate their athletic performance to the next level.
